Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Privacy Policy
Shipping
We aim to process all orders within 1-5 working days. You will receive an email to inform you once your product has been shipped with tracking provided within this email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, we suggest checking your junk emails in the first instance, and then contact us. We use Royal Mail as our main shipper however we do use other shipping companies at times.

As stated above, all orders are processed in 1-5 working days. Delivery times are after your order has been shipped by us and is based on working/business days. If you require your order for a special occasion or birthday, please make sure you order in sufficient time. Various delays can occur in the postal system that are beyond our control, so please order bearing this in mind
Processing and delivery times are working/Business days only and do not include weekends.
Customers are responsible for keeping track of their parcel. In the event a parcel is returned to us due to a missed delivery, the customer is responsible for paying for reshipping should you want your order reshipped. Please see "returns" section for refunds. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your junk mail in the first instance then contact us
If there is no change in tracking of your item upon leaving the UK, this is indicative of customs. Customs clearance can take anything from 1 to 30 business days in certain instances. Once customs is cleared the tracking on your order will update.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. Please do not contact us via social media as your messages may not be seen. If an order has not left us when you request a cancellation, we can cancel if possible but all cancellations will be due a £2 cancellation charge to cover packaging & admin costs.
Items Lost In Mail
In some instances, some items may get lost in the mail. If this is the case, we are not liable for the loss. Proof of shipping is available on request.
Currency
The website currency is in pound sterling as we are situated in the United Kingdom. We also have a currency converter situated at the top left of the screen with a number of currencies that you can convert the price to the currency of your country. If you would like to know the price of the items in your own currency which is not listed, we would advise you to use a currency converter on google, to assist you. Sarazaar is not liable for any customs charges you may incur in your country. We ship worldwide to all destinations and each destination has different customs taxes/rules. As the customer, you are responsible for finding out the customs/import rules and charges before purchase In your own country.
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns. In the unlikely event that you have a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please note that colours may vary due to screen variations. We have tried our best to give an accurate representation of the colours we provide. We would also suggest checking our social media for colour references so you can make an informed choice before purchase. We do not offer refunds in cases where customers have purchased the wrong shade.
Any returns including unclaimed returned parcels are liable to a £2.50 admin and processing fee. Returned items may also be liable to have postage deducted from any refund given. Items returned due to wrong address provided by the customer is liable for a refund of only the product price and not shipping. Customers can contact us to rearrange redelivery of items returned to us, however the customer is responsible for payment of reshipping. we can only issue refunds once the parcel has returned to us.

Damaged or faulty Items
If you receive your item damaged or faulty, you must contact us with a picture of the damaged item with details of what is damaged, within 24 hours of receiving your item. If your order is missing an item, you must contact us with a picture of the order sheet stating which item is missing.
We are not liable for anything lost in the post and we obtain proof of postage for all items sent.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected by www.sarazaar.com is held in the strictest of confidence and only used for orders and related communication. Personal information is held for a period of 6 months after which it can be deleted on request. If you would like your personal details to be removed, you can submit a request for this to be done via email: Info@sarazaar.com
