Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide.
What will the price be in my currency?
Our site displays prices in pound sterling as we are based in the UK. If you wish to know what the prices are in your currency, we suggest using a currency converter located at the top left of our website or a currency converter such as google currency converter which is free to use.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-5 working days of the order being placed.
How long after shipping does my order arrive?
We use Royal Mail for our shipping of parcels. When you receive a shipping confirmation email, the attached tracking information will sometimes provide an estimated date of delivery.
It has been longer than 7 days and my order still hasn't arrived?
Please read answer to previous question.
My item never arrived, can I have a refund?
We are not liable for items lost in the post.. We always obtain proof of postage.
My item arrived broken/this wasn't what I ordered.
If your items arrives defected or broken, we will replace your item as long as you can provide proof to that effect. Proof should be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your product. If we have made a mistake with your order, we will replace your item without charge to yourself.
Can I change what I ordered?
Once you place an order, no changes can be made. You can cancel your order and reorder again.
Can I change the shipping method once I've placed my order?
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to shipping methods once you have chosen your shipping and placed your order.
Can I change the address of where I want my item delivered?
We ask you to always double check addresses before submitting your information. If you contact us before your item has been dispatched, we may be able to change the address on your parcel. If your items have already been shipped, then unfortunately nothing can be done.
I have placed an order but I have changed my mind and wish to cancel
If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. We ship orders daily and if your order is shipped before you contact us to cancel, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Do you sell wholesale?
No we don’t.
I want to order but I don't know how the cosmetics will look on me
We advise you to check our Instagram pages where we have an extensive library of swatches and customer pictures. Our social media links are situated at the bottom of the page.
I've tried buying but my order won't go through
We use Paypal as our preferred payment method. If you are having difficulties using paypal then please contact us and we will help you the best we can.
Are the glitters safe to use on my face
Our premium cosmetic glitters are absolutely safe and approved for cosmetic use on any part of your body as long as you do not put them directly into your eyes and mucous membranes. You can help them adhere better to your skin by using our Glitter adhesive fix gel.
